Anna Dirksen
Anna Burgason Dirksen is passionate about helping fundraising teams succeed, whether that leads to raising more money or being more efficient in supporting their mission. She firmly believes that we all benefit from the incredible generosity of philanthropy, which has and continues to shape the world in which we live. Whether on a local or national scale, Anna sees our nonprofit partners doing amazing work with great passion and joy, and that inspires her.
Anna brings her decade plus of experience in front-line fundraising and consulting to her role at BWF. As a solutions advisor, she works with prospective clients to refine and solidify their needs and align those needs with BWF’s services so that consultants can provide tailored solutions and support.

A past board member of AFP MN, Anna is currently serving in numerous roles at her children’s school. When not focused on philanthropy, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, playing tennis, camping, and hiking.
