Benjamin Hartmann
Senior Decision Scientist
Ben Hartmann is passionate about telling stories through data. He knows that such stories can be used to guide organizations in making positive change and improving our world. After all, he has seen firsthand how nonprofits can be agents of change in society as they make people’s lives better.
As a member of the BWF Decision Science team, Ben serves as the project lead on all Engage Dx and external survey projects at the firm. His work will focus on design, implementation, and analysis.

Ben once served as Japanese American Citizens League-Twin Cities Youth Representative. In his spare time, he can be found cheering on the Minnesota Timberwolves, golfing, cooking, and “doing sociology.”
