Bob Guittard
Early in his career, Bob Guittard developed a passion for helping nonprofits cast a bold vision to grow their impact and outline a strategic path to achieve it. He moved to higher education in 2020 after working professionally in marketing, fundraising strategy and consulting for global and domestic nonprofits. Bob believes we need dreamers—those willing to think differently, to forge uncharted territory, to scale impact exponentially, to connect with people’s hearts, and to unlock a generosity that is not only good for others, but also good for themselves, too.
At BWF, Bob leads the division of engagement and donor experience. Through vision, strategy, and leadership, he helps clients articulate and achieve their vision for growth, impact, and increased donors over time. Bob feels a strong sense of purpose and fulfillment in engaging large numbers of people to positively impact even larger numbers of people around the world. He also enjoys collaborating with others on creative and strategic vision-casting for the healthiest possible future.

Bob enjoys volunteering as a committee member for Young Life Lake Travis, serving in marriage ministry at his church in Austin, as well as mentoring kids without fathers. He loves spending time with his wife and three teenage boys, and pursuing his hobbies whenever time allows: skiing, racquet sports, songwriting, and flyfishing.
