For Chris Clark, philanthropy’s transformational capacity has fueled his nearly 30-year career in fundraising—first as a fundraiser and more recently as a consultant with BWF. The very fact that when there is a need, people come together to support one another, thus showing the inherent good in humanity, inspires him and his work with nonprofits. In fact, he was part of a team that raised more than $100M, thereby enabling generations of students to attend college, an impact that was transformational for those students.
In his role as vice president at BWF, Chris’ areas of expertise are campaign preparedness, constituent relations, annual/base/mid-level giving, and volunteer programs. Chris has helped clients be successful through a variety of projects including campaign studies and assessments (alumni, annual, and mid-level giving; loyalty programs) and by providing campaign counsel and interim staffing. As part of his work in mid-level giving specifically, Chris contributed to innovating the use of data for segmentation purposes.
Spending time with his family, which includes his dog, means everything to Chris. He also makes time for music and animal rescue in his free time.
