Elizabeth Ayers
Since beginning her philanthropic journey over 24 years ago, Elizabeth Ayers has built an impressive career within higher education philanthropy. She brings both her extensive fundraising knowledge and her legal training (she practiced law in estate planning and civil litigation) to help individuals and organizations grow their nonprofit programs. Elizabeth finds herself consistently inspired by the good nonprofits bring to society and so strives to help organizations improve their program operations to achieve their missions.
Serving as a consulting partner at BWF, Elizabeth provides her expertise in many areas of fundraising, with a particular focus on planned giving. She honed this expertise through professional roles at universities as well as by serving on the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners National Board, the North Carolina Planned Giving Council Board, and the Central Ohio Planned Giving Council. Elizabeth has presented on various charitable topics at local and national conferences including CRESCENDO, NACPG/PPP, AAMC, and Wealth Counsel.

In Elizabeth’s free time, she enjoys golfing, exercising, and reading. She also spends time on her interests in art, classical music, and the NFL.
