Whether a local community organization, educational institution, or international NGO, Geoff Hallett believes each and every nonprofit has the ability to change the world in positive and amazing ways. He understands people are at the heart of philanthropy and finds continual inspiration from working with professionals who are driven, creative, and dedicated to solving society’s greatest challenges.
Geoff has dedicated most of his career to building student philanthropy and crowdfunding programs and to coordinating institutional giving days and other enterprise-wide giving initiatives. His work has helped advance knowledge and expand access to education. With impacts such as these, he couldn’t ask for more in a career.
In his role at BWF, Geoff focuses on helping nonprofit organizations develop traditional and digital campaigns that build a base of support.
Before being a parent became the focus of his free time, Geoff volunteered with the local dog and cat shelter. Today, he enjoys spending time with his two kids (one has recently become passionate about Legos, which is a very exciting development for Geoff), helping with his wife’s baking business, listening to podcasts, and following the frustrating yet compelling world of U.S. politics.
