Justin Fleser
Justin Fleser finds it fulfilling to have his professional career intertwined with philanthropy’s efforts to make our communities flourish and to create a better world. He is inspired by the humility and passion of individuals dedicated to these philanthropic endeavors.
As a project manager at BWF, Justin provides a wide range of administrative, research, and project management support to the daily workflow of client projects within the various company divisions. He coordinates project management and communicates project updates with consultants and clients. He also assists in the preparation of client deliverables such as presentations, reports, and correspondence.

Justin has a long history as an avid volunteer. He was previously a college-age ministry leader for both Crossroads Bible Church and InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, a mentor for Kids Hope USA, a new student orientation leader for Davenport University, and a track and field team representative for the Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
When he’s not working or volunteering, Justin’s favorite pastimes include relaxing at a great coffee shop, playing and listening to music, playing and watching sports (mainly football), reading, and spending time with friends.
