Nathan Ersig
With over 20 years of professional experience spanning multiple industries, Nate Ersig has found joy in analyzing data and structures to help nonprofits improve their systems to optimize fundraising and increase impact. Nate is inspired by philanthropy’s mission-driven nature and ability to positively shape our society, which in turn fuels his passion for supporting and driving nonprofit organizations’ data and systems strategies.
As an associate vice president on BWF’s implementation services team, Nate serves as an engagement leader on assessments and software implementations and provides counsel to advancement/development operations. His expertise and primary focus area is supporting Slate implementations while utilizing industry best-practices.

Nate serves as a committee member of the Winneshiek County Community Foundation and has previously served as a board member of his local Rotary Club of Decorah, Iowa.
Nate’s favorite pastimes include traveling, hiking, and spending time in nature. He is also a lover of all things related to music, including concerts, music festivals, collecting vinyl, and spending too much time browsing Apple Music.
